I'm not going to be too long with this post. I did a lot today but unfortunately not a lot of pledges came in so tomorrow will be another brainstorming session with myself to dig in the reasons. My diet today again was light . I had a salad and 2 hot dogs with no bun and didn't get a chance to run on the treadmill which I can't wait to do tomorrow.
